Coaching is about setting up a trusted, confidential and supportive relationship between the client and the coach. Here are a few ways we can coach together:
A. One-on-one:
- Customized coaching just for you by phone* or in person
- A chance to dig deep into yourself and your creative soul
- Safe environment where you get to be you. Well-known or not, no B.S.
- Move through your goals and challenges at your own pace
- Emails and check-ins between calls as desired
- Brief phone call if needed to get you over a hump
- Private and confidential (due to the public nature of your profession, your name will never be shared, not even in testimonials)
- Four sessions payable in advance, renewable as we go
- You can be on tour or located anywhere in the world. It works beautifully.
B. VIP (“Very” Intensive Program) Clarity session :
- An intense dive into the issue at hand
- The VIP program is powerful and quickly helps you get clarity on your situation
- We will meet on the phone or in person for a few hours or a few days. Yes, it works very well on the phone, too.
- Two follow-up sessions are included to clinch the learning and set you up for success
- I travel to you worldwide or you come to me. Call me for details.
C. Bands, Orchestras, Ensembles, Choirs:
- Common Vision and Mission work
- Internal reboot
- Smoothing out interpersonal frictions
- Morale booster to bring back harmony and flow
- Personal and group coaching
- Follow-up sessions to deepen our work

D. Group/class meetings in the Sacramento region, California (on hiatus):
- Join us every second Thursday of the month for a performing class. Performers of all caliber are invited. You perform you song, musical piece, poem, acting part, speech, etc, and we give you our feedback in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. A great way to improve your performance skills. Perfect for students ready to audition.
- Join us every fourth Thursday of the month to boost your creative life: We choose a topic in advance and you come with your creativity and thoughts. You leave with a bunch of new ideas, tools and inspiration.
- Fun ambiance, interesting discussions and lots of Ahas about creativity and performance
- Meet kindred spirits. We have a blast!
- Time: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Mingling till 9:00 PM. Contact me for the location
- $10 suggested donation at the door for either group

E. Fees: Fees vary depending on the package. Special discounts for student artists. Please call for more information.
* Once they have tried telephone coaching, most clients like it a lot due to the ease and convenience. I use Viber, Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, mobile and land lines. Calls are free or carry a minimal cost.
